Q: I am ready to place an order. How do I do this?
A: Use whatever method is most convenient for you. We accept orders via web, phone, fax, and e-mail. You may use manufacturers part numbers or the EZ numbers shown in our catalog.

 

Q: How do I buy products online?
A: If you are an existing customer, place a request for access using the Request Information link. You will be contacted shortly through email with information about your assigned user name and password.

If you do not have an account with us, use the Request Information section to initiate a request to set up a new customer account with corresponding access to our online catalog.

 

Q: I could not find exactly what I needed in the catalog. Can you help me?
A: Yes. Contact your local branch and we can help you find the product you need.

 

Q: Do you have a minimum order requirement?
A: The minimum order size is $50.00.

 

Q: Can I purchase material from you without being charged tax?
A: Yes. You can purchase material without being charged tax if you provide a tax exempt certificate. Please contact your local branch to obtain a Tax Exemption Form and for further information.

 

Q: Do you do any walk-in business or should I use will-call?
A: We accommodate walk-in transactions for qualified customers. We recommend calling ahead to set up a Will Call pick-up to ensure that the product is available and ready for pick-up when needed.
