To Our Valued Customers and Partners,
As concern about the current COVID-19 outbreak grows, IDN is doing its best to keep everyone healthy and safe in the workplace environment while also minimizing the impacts to our daily operations. The well-being of our employees and customers is our number one priority so we feel additional safety precautions must be taken.
In an effort to show we care about you and your business, we posted a link to the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Small Business Guide to the CARES ACT (Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security – CARES) above. This program is focused on helping small businesses keep workers employed amid the pandemic and economic downturn. Please click this link or image above to learn more about how this program may assist your business in these times.
Effective immediately, and until further notice, the below safety measures will be put in place at all IDN locations:
We are taking added precautions requiring all people onsite to engage in the practice of social distancing. Customers may enter our facilities to pick up merchandise that has been pre-ordered only.
Packages for pick-up will be staged in our vestibules or showrooms. There will be no counter service for on-site ordering at this time until further notice. Additional safety and cleaning procedures to help protect and support our employees and customers are also being put into place. IDN is continuing to ship orders placed by web, phone or fax.
We are placing a temporary ban on visitors at all our locations. This will include personal visitors and non-essential business visits from vendors and suppliers.
IDN is meeting continuously to assess and appropriately respond to the situation as it evolves so we can adjust operations in an effort to continue to serve our customers. Meeting our customers’ needs remains a top priority, along with employee safety and health. Your continued business is very important to IDN.
