How is a knockdown drywall frame installed?
A drywall knockdown frame wraps a stud/drywall opening. The sides of the frame head have tabs that align with slots at the top of the jambs. Compression (plumb) anchors are then tightened to push against the stud and hold the jambs tight to the frame head. After plumbing the jambs, use the counter sunk holes at the bottom of the jamb face to secure it to the bottom track or stud.
